What is Yoga?

Yoga is built on three main structures: breathing, movement and meditation. The movements of Yoga are designed to put pressure on the glandular systems of the body, thereby increasing its efficiency and total health. The body is looked upon as the primary instrument that enables us to flow and evolve in the world. Breathing techniques are based on the concept that breath is the source of life in the body. Gently increasing breath control improves the health and function of both body and mind. These two systems of movement and breathing prepare the body and mind for meditation, and the result is an easy approach to a peaceful mind, allowing healing from everyday stress. Daily practice of Yoga may produce a clear, bright mind and a strong, capable body.

...And Pilates?

Pilates is the art of controlled movements and breath along with engaging the "powerhouse". If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, balance, control and endurance in the entire body.

Therapeutic massage is offered with the goal of obtaining a therapeutic benefit. Yoga brings the mind, body, and spirit together and is built on three elements-movement, breathing, and meditation. Yoga develops strength and flexibility, while alleviating stress and calming your mind. It affects the whole body-glands, nerves, internal organs, bones, respiration and the brain. Pilates helps to condition all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, and body awareness.

By including Yoga & Pilates in your health portfolio, you will increase your mind, body, and spirit connection that focuses on overall conditioning, increased strength and endurance, and your core.


How do I augment my Exclusive Membership Contract with Yoga & Pilates?

Your Exclusive Membership  entitles you to 1 complementary Yoga or Pilates session.

However it is not necessary to purchase an Exclusive Membership. If you only wish to purchase a Yoga/Pilates package, the following is available.

Yoga/Pilates 6 PAC - $75.00 
This includes 6 Yoga/Pilates sessions. 
Yoga/Pilates 10 PAC - $100.00
This includes 10 Yoga/Pilates sessions
*Sessions within Yoga/Pilates PACS must be used weekly. At least once per week.*

What if I need to cancel my Yoga or Pilates package?

Although we offer a cancellation policy for our Exclusive Membership, we do not offer a refund on our Yoga & Pilates packages.
